VALENTINE'S DAY is just around the corner!  Still thinking of what kind of sweet treat to make your sweets this year?  With cupcakes all the craze, why not give them what they love, but with a twist!  Instead of using frosting, use marshmallows to give a quick, but scrumptious, sugary top.  Simply place mini marshmallows in a circle on top of the cupcake, 5 minutes before the cupcake is ready to come out of the oven.  Marshmallows will take 5-10 minutes (depending on what heat your oven is set to) until they melt together.  Be sure to keep your eye on them though so they don't get toasty and brown!

Nothing says "I LOVE YOU" like a brownie fudge cupcake with the marshmallow frosting!
